The MetGCSA is an association of Golf Course Superintendents committed to the science and art of golf course management for the welfare of the game of golf. We actively work to highlight the organization and business effectiveness of our profession. We also advance the professional image and well-being of our members to today’s golfing patron.
We accomplish these tasks through the timely and efficient use of present-day education, communication, and management means. The MetGCSA has a long history dating back to 1959 and has seen some of the most influential and noteworthy individuals in the golf industry succeed at member clubs and organizations. We honor our past with several highly-regarded awards and constantly look to our future by offering scholarships and with our integral role in the Tri-State Turf Research Foundation.
